A new venture in the realm of winemaking in the Suyunik province with a focus on the unique and historical terroir of Armenia.

Through the cultivation of ancient grape varieties, we aim to create a one-of-a-kind wine experience that is rich in minerality, complexity, and nuanced flavors and aromas offering a true taste of history in every sip.
The preservation of these original grape varieties is a rare find as most traditional vineyards in Europe were destroyed by Phylloxera in the 19th century. Our project aims to not only preserve these ancient autochthonous grape varieties but also increase planting areas, making a great contribution to the future of Armenian winemaking.
The quality of the wines produced will be ensured by the uniqueness of soil and climatic conditions, as well as the ethnohistorical environment where the wine is grown. We will adopt an "aboriginal" approach which is especially relevant for Armenia as local varieties are one of the main guarantees of success in international markets. The production will be based exclusively on the production of unique wines from raw materials with a "Protected Designation of Origin" and "Geographical Indication". This applies to both red and white, rosé and orange dry wines.
To implement this concept, along with the classical approach, we propose a gravity type of winemaking, which involves placing production areas at different horizontal levels. This technological solution ensures the highest possible product quality and originality of production. Moreover, the vineyards and winery project has the potential to attract tourists and boost the local economy through wine tourism. Visitors can experience the unique terroir, taste the unique flavors and aromas of the wines, and learn about the history and preservation of ancient grape varieties. Additionally, the use of modern equipment and technology in the production process will ensure that the wines produced meet international standards and can be successfully marketed and exported globally.
Overall, the vineyards and winery project not only contributes to the preservation of traditional methods of winemaking in Armenia, but also has the potential to create new jobs, boost the local economy, and increase the country's export potential.
