Modern American construction technology Light Gauge Steel Framing buildings (LGSF) allows you to quickly and economically build buildings for both industrial and residential buildings.
In comparison, the cost of a house made of LGSF will be about 15-20% more expensive than a house made of wood, but much cheaper than a house made of brick (30-40%).
With proper design and quality construction of a house made of LGSF, its service life will be approximately 150 years, due to the high strength of the steel structure.
The thermal insulation of the walls turns the structure into an analogue of a "thermos" capable of retaining heat without additional heating for up to 3 days. Compared to a brick house, heating costs are 60% less.
The seismic resistance of LGSF buildings is vastly superior to any other building technology due to the steel frame of the building. And this is very important in such a seismically active region as the Republic of Armenia. We believe that this technology will take its place in the Armenian market.
